Thanks for your writeup. A real story with this much detail is difficult to find behind that forest of survivor bias stories.

I’ve read somewhere that selling your site for MRR x 12 x 5 (so revenue over 5 years) would make a good selling amount.
Was your sale more traffic related or did your MRR take a part in this too?
